A communications/design professional with a background in Psychology (BSc) and Cognition and Communication (MA), specialising in persuasive and effective messaging. My academic work focused on health communication, and my MA thesis is currently under consideration for publication.

Professionally, I’ve built experience across public, media, and tech sectors, leading initiatives in internal communications, employer branding, and digital storytelling. Proficient in Adobe Suite, with hands-on experience in content production, writing, and multimedia communication. Currently part of Queue-it’s People & Culture team, managing internal comms, brand storytelling, and company-wide engagement initiatives.
